Big Mac French Toast

Big Mac French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices thick sliced bread
  • ½ onion, sliced thin
  • 2 slices American Cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Big mac sauce

How To Make Big Mac French Toast

  1. Make two equal sized beef patties
  2. Saute in skillet to your liking
  3. Cook the bacon and set to the side
  4. Mix together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  5. Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a skillet until done and crispy on both sides
  6. Spread the Big Mac Sauce on the inside of the bread slices, if desired
  7. Place one cooked beef patty on each of two slices of bread
  8. Top with a slice of cheese, bacon and cooked onions
  9. Place another slice of cooked french toast on the top and serve.
  10. This can also be secured tightly and deep fried to give it a very crunchy surface.
