Old-Fashioned Banana Bread

You’ll Need:

½ cup of butter.
1 ½ cups of sugar.
1 tsp of vanilla.
2 beaten eggs.
3 ripe mashed bananas.
½ cup of milk.
2 cups of flour.
½ tsp of salt.
½ tsp of baking soda.
½-1 cup of chopped pecans or ½-1 cup of walnuts.

How to:

Preheat the oven to 350° and grease and flour 2 bread pans or muffin cups.
Using a mixer, cream together the cream butter and sugar then add eggs and vanilla. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together then add alternately with bananas and milk. Add nuts if you want to.
Pour the dough in the bread pans or muffin cups.
If you chose loaf, bake for 60 to 75 minutes if you chose muffins then bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Easy, peasy and yummy! Bananas and nuts add a beautiful flavor to this bread. It’s so delicious and healthy! Give it a try, I’m sure you will love it.
