
Very good apple cake! I’ve been making it for years!
Ingredients
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 large egg
- 1/4 C canola oil
- 1 C apples, chopped and peeled
- 1/4 C raisins
- 1/4 C chopped walnuts
How To Make Fresh Apple Bundt Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spay the bundt pan with pam baking spray
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until combined
- Using a large bowl, beat together the sugar, eggs, and oil until combined
- Beat in the dry ingredients into the wet until combined
- Fold in the apples, raisins, and walnuts
- Scoop batter into the bundt pan and and bake for 60 minutes
- Allow to cool before serving onto a platter
