Crock Pot Chex Mix is a snack made in a slow cooker. It combines Chex cereal, pretzels, nuts, and seasonings like butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and spices. The mix is cooked on low heat for a few hours, with occasional stirring. Once done, the snack is allowed to cool before serving. It’s a convenient way to make a flavorful and crunchy treat.

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite combination of cereal, pretzels, and nuts
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine your preferred mix of cereal, pretzels, and nuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar until everything is well dissolved and mixed.
  3. Pour the buttery seasoning mixture over the cereal mixture in the slow cooker. Gently stir to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Set the slow cooker to LOW heat and cook for 2.5 hours. Remember to open the lid and give the mix a good stir every 30 minutes to prevent sticking and ensure even coating.
  5. Once the cooking time is up, your Slow Cooker Chex Mix is ready! Allow it to cool before serving.
  6. Enjoy this tasty and convenient snack!

Note: Feel free to customize the mix of cereals, pretzels, and nuts to your liking.
