Classic Southern Caramel Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup butter (2 sticks)

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

3 cups flour, self-rising

1 cup buttermilk

2 teaspoons vanilla

PREPARATION:

Preheat broiler to 350 degrees. Get ready three 9-inch cake skillet by lubing them and adding discretionary material paper. Beat spread until light and feathery and afterward add sugar and beat for around 5 additional minutes. Add eggs, 1 all at once, and blend well after each. Add flour and buttermilk, then again, starting and finishing with flour and blend well after each. Add vanilla and beat well. Split between dish and prepare for 25-30 minutes until set.

Turn out of skillet onto cooling racks and permit to totally cool. Get ready Southern Caramel Icing as cakes are cooling then, at that point, glaze the cake.
