Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Grease a 9\u00d713 inch baking dish.<br \/>2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.<br \/>3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gravy mix and 1 cup of water until smooth.<br \/>4. Add the gravy to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the gravy is thickened.<br \/>5. Remove from the heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined.<br \/>6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.<br \/>7. Spread the sausage gravy mixture into the prepared baking dish.<br \/>8. Pour the egg mixture over the top, then top with the biscuits.<br \/>9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and the eggs are set.<br \/>10.
