#old Fashioned Banana Pie<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate Father\u2019s Day, I prepare a delicious banana-flavoured pie, super creamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*You want to prepare the same, you will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0Three big bananas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b03 egg yolks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b03 cups milk. [I use almond milk]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b01\/2 cup softened butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b01 cup sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b04 tablespoons all-purpose flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b01 tablespoon pure vanilla extract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b01 pie crust, cooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREPARATION:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With a large saucepan, heat the milk. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix the flour, sugar and salt and gradually pour into the milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook until thickened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lightly beat the three egg yolks and add to the milk mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the banana slices on top, then pour in the mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let the delicious pie cool for 3-4 hours before serving on a serving plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
