This is the official name, and it originated in \u201csouthern\u201d states like Kentucky or Alabama. Here is the recipe for soft and delicious cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0250 g flour (2 cups)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b02 12 teaspoons baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b01\/2 teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b01 tablespoon sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0115 g butter (12 cups)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0180ml milk\/milk Heat the oven to 200\u00b0C (400\u00b0F)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methods:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

take a bowl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the butter and make a crumbly dough<\/p>\n\n\n\n

add milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the dough on a floured work surface<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do the dough for two minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Put the dough on a baking tray<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roll out the dough so that the dough is 15 cm by 15 cm (6 by 6 inches)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut into 12 equal parts \u2013 do not tear them<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook for 15 minutes (check with a knife)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Separate the biscuits and serve hot<\/p>\n\n\n\n
