1 \u00bd c finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tbsp white sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc c melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, cut into chunks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00be c white sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tbsp white sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 c sour cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 large Eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cookie Dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc c butter softened<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc c firmly packed brown sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc c white sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tbsp water<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 c semisweet chocolate chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd c all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 c sour cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tsp white sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methods:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add the cookie crumbs, chocolate wafer cookie crumbs, melted butter, and two tbsp of white sugar. Stir until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and spread evenly on the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Place the crust inside the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5: In a mixing bowl, add 3\/4 cups of white sugar and cream cheese. Beat until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6: Add eggs, 1 tsp of vanilla, and 1 cup of sour cream. Beat again until the texture becomes smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7: Spread the mixture on top of the baked crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 8: In a mixing bowl, add brown sugar, 1\/4 cup of butter, and 1\/4 cup of white sugar. Beat until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 9: Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and water. Stir until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 10: Add flour and chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 11: Add a couple of 2 tablespoons of the mixture over the cheesecake, then push them down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 12: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 13: In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons of white sugar, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Stir until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 14: Spread the mixture on top of the cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
