\u00b0 2 tablespoons butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 2 tsp allpurpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 1 c milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 1 c cheddar cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melt butter in saucepan on heat. Whisking flour with butter to smooth. Cast  milk to butter mix & stirring with a wooden spoon to mixed . Cooking, stir, to mix thick, for 3 min. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts, another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
