This pudding is for you, even if you care about your figure. A dessert without complex at less than 150 kcal. Ultra good, a layer of sponge cake on top, and a delicious cream like a smooth lemon curd forms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Ingredients \/ for 6 people :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 2 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 40 g of light butter (St-Hubert 41% for me, margarine possible)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 30 g of fructose (or 60 g of sugar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 the fair and zest of a large lemon (or two small)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 170 ml milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 30 g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 104 kcal if fructose, 123 kcal if sugar per serving (based on 6 ramekins)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* PREPERATION :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preheat the oven to 180 \u00b0 C and place a bain-marie in it (dish filled with hot water). In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, sugar and butter until the mixture turns white, add the lemon juice and zest. (a few seconds in the microwave allows you to obtain more juice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dilute the flour with the milk gradually while stirring and pour into the bowl. Mix well (there are still lumps).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To finish<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beat the whites until stiff and gently incorporate them into the preparation. Pour into ramekins and place them in the double boiler. Leave in the oven for 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
