Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp. Olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Gravy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp. Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 oz. Sliced mushrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups Beef broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp. Flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Prepare the Steaks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the ingredients together using your hands until well combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shape the mixture into four even patties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
