Beef (Ground)<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. Mushrooms (Chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 Onion (Chopped)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Beef Broth<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)<\/li>\n<li>Salt And Pepper To Taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How To Make The Easiest Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers<\/h3>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the tops off of the peppers and deseed them.<\/p>\n<p>Place the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the beef is browned and the onion has softened.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the chopped mushrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Mix in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer until the liquid is almost all absorbed. Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with the cheese.
