Ingredients:

4 tranches of Texas toast or thick white bread

1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a combination)

2 t of melt unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

Methods:

Preheat oven 400°F (205°C).

Place the bread slices on the baking tray.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic (if using).

Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the bread slices.

Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over each slice.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.

Serve hot.

Enjoy!
