  • 6 strips of bacon (regular cut)

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon for about 3 minutes on each side, until crispy and browned. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool. Once cooled, chop into small pieces and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Use a fork to mash and combine the ingredients. Stir in half of the chopped bacon bits until well incorporated.
  4. Stuff the mushrooms with the filling, using a small cookie scoop or about 2 teaspoons of the mixture per mushroom. Sprinkle the remaining bacon bits on top of each stuffed mushroom.
